Register Guide
This page walks you through the full Wingo Register flow in a clean order. Follow the steps exactly to reduce OTP and verification errors. If you need quick fixes, open FAQ. If your device needs preparation, check Download.

Step 1 — Start Signup
- Open the registration entry point (app or web signup screen).
- Select the correct country/region if asked.
- Proceed to mobile number input.
Step 2 — Enter Mobile Number Carefully
- Type your number and re-check digits.
- Use the same SIM for receiving OTP.
- Avoid switching network during this step.
Step 3 — Request OTP (One Clean Attempt)
Request OTP once and wait. Multiple requests may invalidate earlier codes.

Step 4 — Verify OTP
- Enter the newest OTP you received.
- Do not reuse old OTP codes.
- Confirm and continue to password creation.
Step 5 — Create Password
Use a unique, strong password (12+ characters). Avoid reusing passwords from other services.
Step 6 — Complete Profile
Fill required fields accurately. If uploads are required, use clear images and readable text.
Step 7 — Confirm Success
After completion, do one login test. If anything fails, use FAQ or contact us via Contact.
